It's hard to believe that Madeline is already 1 month old! She continues to grow and become more awake everyday! She's given us a couple of smiles, but mostly she continues to just eat, poop and sleep... and she does a lot of grunting due to what seems like excess gassiness and need to poop! She's pretty much still eating frequently, and keeping us up at night. I seem to be tolerating the lack of sleep much better this time around; although have found myself doing a few-bad-parent-things like put my child at risk for sids with soft blankets and falling asleep with her in bed with us... whoops.
Miles has been a super good big brother. he loves his baby sister madeline (although sometimes a little too much as we have to remind him to be gentle with her)....
a few pics over the past month... first sponge bath and real bath, a beginner's photo shoot-- I tried to schedule some professional newborn pics but who knew that this is something that should be scheduled weeks/months ahead of time.
